Strictly Come Dancing star Kelly Brook says she attributes her curvy figure to "having tons of sex".

The model and actress also gives her top tips for keeping the passion in a relationship alive - fighting and fantastic lighting.

"Fight a lot. Even if you do agree, pretend you don't," says Brook, who is engaged to actor Billy Zane.

"I'm a brat for the sake of causing trouble - but tongue-in-cheek and with a twinkle in my eye.

"It's about mentally stimulating each other as much as it is about the physical and emotional side."

Asked for her hot tip on maintaining a good sex life, she replied: "Fantastic lighting! When you redecorate, make sure everything's on dimmers. Either that or candlelight."

Brook was on sparkling form in a photoshoot to accompany the revealing interview in Company magazine, showing off the legs which have mesmerised Strictly Come Dancing viewers.

The former Big Breakfast keeps her figure trim by "having tons of sex so you look fit and healthy - it's the best thing in the world".

But she said her looks didn't help her to find work.

"I have to audition for things. They don't just hand it to me because I look hot.

"I wouldn't keep working if it was just about looks. I'm 27 and there are tons of hotter girls who are 10 years younger than me."

Brook also laid into footballers' wives who marry soccer stars for the moneyed lifestyle.

"I'm not saying all girls who shack up with footballers do.

"But I would hate to be a girl thinking, 'What am I going to do when I leave school?', and all I was reading about was these girls marrying footballers, getting magazine deals and launching perfumes.

"I've done it all on my own."

Brook expressed her disapproval for female celebrities who stumbled out of clubs looking the worse for wear.

"Whenever I come out of a restaurant and there's a photographer, I just smile.

"Hopefully I come across as being myself. I'd never fall out of a nightclub drunk.

"No night out's worth that - a photo that's there for a lifetime of you with your knickers round your head," she said.

Spice Girl Mel B is plan to get her revenge on ex-lover Eddie Murphy on her new solo album. The former Spice Girls singer, who has a 14-month-old daughter Angel Iris with the 'Beverly Hills Cop' actor, has penned a hate-filled track to vent her frustration at Eddie, who she claims rarely sees Angel. She told Britain's New! magazine: "The working title on my new song is 'Beverly Hills C**k' because that is what he is. He never bothers with his daughter. I mean, what kind of man is that?" However, Mel has admitted she may have to tone down the lyrics because Eddie's legal team have asked to hear the song before her LP is released. She added: "His lawyers will be vetting the lyrics closely." Eddie dumped Mel while she was pregnant with Angel, and then questioned the paternity of his baby. A DNA test later proved he was the father. Mel, 33, recently revealed she isn't worried about going it alone and working on her third solo LP. She said: "I am not scared of having another try. I am working with the best producers ever. I am now 10 tracks in to my new record."

Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl

Britney Spears is now an aunt, after her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl. The baby was named Maddie Briann and weighed 3.49 kilograms, according to a friend of the Spears family. The father is Casey Aldridge, a pipe-layer from Liberty, Mississippi. The couple is not married but announced an engagement several months ago. The Spearses had not yet announced the baby's birth. All we know is that Spears gave birth at a south Mississippi hospital. Nickelodeon issued a statement about the birth, saying: "We wish her and her family well." Spears starred in Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 children's TV series. "We understand everybody's interested, but we don't give out information on anyone. Everyone's entitled to their privacy," she said. The Spears family announced in December that 17-year-old Jamie Lynn was pregnant.

Ravi, yesteryear villain and now president of the Cochin Devasom Board got a special mention award for his roles in "Adhyalangal" and "Ottakkayyan", released last year.
Ace actor and national award winner Bharath Murali won the second best actor for "Veralipattu and "Pranayakalam" and Laxmi Gopalakrishnan walked away with the second best actress trophy for her performance in "Thaniya".
